Source KNaO from Minspar instead of Custer.
Wolly is a better source of CaO.
More KNaO to raise COE (and enable thinner application).
Add CMC for brushing.
This has lower LOI (to remove the bubbles).
Supplying KNaO from a mix of Minspar and Frit 3110 enable tuning the amount of kaolin
The Si:Al ratio should be raised, perhaps by switching to ball clay (but that could make the glass amber).
